What our guests say about Scott
“Scott is meticulous in his planning, attentive to clients desires and a great all around guy. We did a 6 day, 3 generation kayaking, camping and fishing trip with Scott in the Adirondacks. The experience (in spite of a couple days of rain) was wonderful. Our grandsons (10 and 13) had a wonderful time (as did the rest of us). We will definitely do another trip with Scott.” – Len Rand
“We decided to take a guided trip to the Adirondacks and chose AE Adventures to put it all together. To say Scott did not disappoint is a major understatement. What a pro! Scott is an excellent guide, chef, paddler, fisherman, organizer…you name it he can do it with unparalleled professionalism. He also happens to be a really great guy and has a keen sense of humor. If you are looking for the ultimate outdoor experience, look no further than AE Adventures for your one stop source for fun, adventure and the best of the great outdoors.”- Frank Morgigno
“Finished my second fishing trip with Scott and I can’t recommend AE Adventures enough. I had 3 wonderful days in the back waters of the Adirondacks. Scott knew the most beautiful spots and he’s a patient, wonderful teacher. I’m a clumsy oaf and by the end of the first day he had me good enough to consistently reel in trout. That’s a thrill everyone should try at least once.
There’s no macho BS. No Alpha male posturing. Just a really deep communion with nature facilitated by a guy who loves the outdoors and who only wants to share that with you. We’ll be doing another trip next year if we can find some time he isn’t booked. Cannot recommend Scott enough.” – Josh Powell
“Cedar Keys kayak trip was an awesome experience. Scott is a more than competent leader, he really goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable about the local area. I would definitely recommend a trip with AE Adventures !” – C Duke
“Great trip to kayak with the manatees. Scott organized the trip in a way that allowed us to experience the manatees without all the overcrowded madness of the snorkelers. Everything was well planned. I hope to do more trips with Scott in the future.” – Sharon Wight
“This trip will take you off the beaten path into a Costa Rica more familiar to the locals. Scott and Vince are accomplished guides and good company. The kayaking was fairly easy, up to 3 hours on each of five days, the food was simple and good, our Costa Rican hosts were delightful, and the jungle was just what we needed for our winter vacation. A variety of venues and activities (including siestas) filled our afternoons, and evenings were spent learning about the local flora and fauna and relaxing with our group in a comfortable outdoor meeting area or on our own in our cabins. We recommend this trip for moderately hardy folks open to living without air conditioning and with the occasional critter visiting your cabin. We loved it!” – Ann F
