In order to comply with New York State Covid guidelines, guests are required to fill out the form below. The form will be saved in the event that we are called upon to help with contact tracing.

In addition to that, during your trip we will follow all state and industry guidelines including but not limited to:

Temperature checks upon arrival and monitoring throughout the duration of your trip
Social distancing when possible and face coverings when social distancing is not possible
Logging a strict cleaning and disinfecting program of all equipment
